Leah Alexandra Levitt was educated at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and attained a bachelors degree in interior design. The program focused heavily on interior architecture and graphic presentation. 

During her studies she has worked with Banyan Global Learning, a distance learning program based in Los Angeles, California, where she developed the master layout and design for current and future textbooks, including corresponding workbooks for the students of the Tsai Hsing school in Taiwan. She also worked for Robyn Karp Designs and has freelanced on projects for Bunker NYC, a marketing and branding company, and Public Health Solutions in New York City. She also worked as a prop & set stylist for Waddler Clothing an ethical children's brand from the United Kingdom (they have closed since).

She has been working the last few years as a technical drafter for an Pink Sparrow a design and fabrication shop specializing in experiential design.

Leah has been involved in volunteer projects which benefited the youth of La Paz, Bolivia. She assisted the Skateboard Asociación of La Paz with construction and interior design work. She has also volunteered cooking for the Bowery Mission & worked as a gardener for the NYU Urban Farm Lab for an extended period of time.

She currently lives in New York City.
